- For Our Direct Customers (Agencies & Businesses): If you are an agency or business subscribing to Unlabeled Agency, Cheenti Digital LLC is the Data Controller of your account information (e.g., your login details, billing info, and business settings). We determine how this data is used to provide the Service to you.
- For Your End-Clients (The “Patrons”): If you use our platform to collect or manage data about your clients (e.g., their leads, contacts, emails, or social media posts), Cheenti Digital LLC acts strictly as a Data Processor. We process this data solely on your behalf and according to your instructions. You (the Agency) are the Data Controller for your clients’ data.

A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration: When you register for Unlabeled Agency, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Billing Data: We collect payment details (credit card, billing address) via our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- User Content: Content you upload to our platforms (images for funnels, social media drafts, email templates) is stored to facilitate the Service.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit cheenti.com or log into unlabeled.agency, we automatically collect:
- Usage Data: Logs of when you log in, which features you use, and performance metrics.
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

Note: If you are a client of an Agency using our software, please contact the Agency directly. As a Processor, we cannot delete your data without instructions from the Agency (the Controller).
